Protandim: Little Yellow Pill

Yes, I did sign up and have this delivered every month for both my husband and I. I think the product is best explained by visiting the website but let me tell you being a pretty healthy person to begin with I didn’t get the “OMG” reaction.  What I did get was more energy, subtle peacefulness, just an all round feel better.  For me this was so subtle I did notice at all till looking back 6 months later, same for my husband and more stamina.  I have a sense, an intuition that this product is doing more on the inside each month than most things do in a year. This is a pretty good read, Suzanne puts together a way to eat and an explanation for detoxing, balancing your hormones ad literally making yourself more healthy!!  Its a good plan, I would recommend we all get off wheat completely but she doesn’t stress that.  Also hearing Dr. Oz on “the Talk” tell people get off all ‘white food’….well I think we are all on to something here.  This book may not be the end all, be all, but it is very informative and even if you choose not to follow it to the letter you will learn alot!!  Knowledge is a very powerful thing we have been duped by the food manufacturers that say processed, chemically laden food is ‘okay’…we are finding more and more what a falsehood that is!!
